From the left: the ambassador Gint\u0117 Damu\u0161yt\u0117 and the director general of the National Library of Lithuania, Prof. Renaldas Gudauskas. <\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>On July 1, 2019 <strong>Gint\u0117 Damu\u0161yt\u0117<\/strong>, the Ambassador of the Republic of Lithuania to the Kingdom of Denmark and the Republic of Iceland, handed over to the Martynas Ma\u017evydas National Library of Lithuania the archives of her mother, <strong>Jadvyga Damu\u0161ien\u0117<\/strong>, active \u00e9migr\u00e9 figure, educator, and a long-time patron of the organization \u201cAteitininkai \u201c and the Lithuanian Camp Dainava (Manchester, MI).
